OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Contest ends 5/31/10. Entries must be received by 8:00 PM, Monday, May 31, 2010 at either the Gardner or Spring Hill Fantastic Sams hair salons.
Referred guest must bring entire receipt from referring guest's visit after 24 hours and within seven (7) days of visit to qualify. Guests may give their main receipt, duplicate receipt, or both receipts to friends for referral. Guests may enter multiple times depending on their number of visits and redemptions during the contest period.
Entry into the contest by joining the FS E-Club only requires an email address, but limited to one entry per guest.
After contest is over management will draw one (1) receipt OR one (1) FS E-Club entry from the combined entries from the Gardner and Spring Hill Fantastic Sams hair salons. The winning guest entry will be notified via telephone and must bring in a goverment-issued proof of identifcation. Upon verification of identity the winning guest will receive one (1) ProScan 32" LCD HDTV. The stylist of the winning guest as shown on the receipt or FS E-Club entry will also receive one (1) ProScan 32" LCD HDTV. If we are unable to contact the winning guest after a period of 7 days management will draw for a new winner. However, the stylist of the first drawn entry will remain the employee winner of the contest. Stylist must be an active employee of Corcovado Corporation at the time of drawing. In the event the winning stylist is no longer employed by Corcovado Corporation at the time of drawing management will draw another receipt or E-Club entry for the winning stylist. If drawn ticket is a multi-ticket that has multiple guests and/or multiple stylists then management will place names in a hat and draw for a single winning guest and a single winning stylist.
Employees of Corcovado Corporation and their family members are not eligible for the guest contest. TVs are brand new, in the box. Corcovado Corporation not responsible for TV malfunctions, performance, or failure. Chances of winning dependent on the number of entries.
